Meet Youth Entrepreneur Academy (Y.E.A)

At Youth Entrepreneur Academy (Y.E.A.), we believe young people should have the opportunity to learn how to turn their ideas, talents, and creativity into real possibilities.

Y.E.A. is a hands-on entrepreneurship and financial literacy program designed for students in grades 6–12. Our goal is to introduce youth to the fundamentals of business while helping them develop confidence, leadership, communication skills, financial knowledge, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Through interactive lessons, activities, mentorship, and real-world business experiences, students learn how to:

Develop a business idea
Identify their target customer
Create a business name, logo, and brand
Understand pricing, expenses, revenue, and profit
Build healthy money-management habits
Market and promote a product or service
Practice sales and customer service
Track income and expenses
Develop a simple business plan
Create and deliver a professional business pitch

Our 12-week Academy takes students from idea to execution. By the end of the program, each participant develops a Young CEO portfolio and prepares to showcase their work during the Youth CEO Business Expo & Pitch Competition.
